Raymond has demonstrated strong technical skills, significant accomplishments,
leadership experience and broad subject matter expertise within the IBM System z (z/OS,S/390,MVS mainframe) and other enterprise computing sectors since graduating from
Drexel University, a leading hands-on science and engineering university, with a Bachelor of
Science in the dual major Computer Science and Mathematics. Raymond also has a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP) from the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP).
Raymond has prior professional experience as an individual contributor with IBM and was among a handful of individual contributor performers that attained the
highest technical job grade level at The Vanguard Group, a financial services company having 2,800+ information technology employees.
Raymond is the inventor of a z/OS-based software tool (PowerJCL for z/OS) that provides IBM mainframe developers a cost effective method for efficiently performing validation and standards enforcement
for IBM's job control language (JCL). Raymond is also the inventor of CobolPro for z/OS, a z/OS-based software tool that provides the capability to perform statement-level code coverage for COBOL programs compiled with
IBM's Enterprise COBOL for z/OS (and earlier) compilers.
